60-Day Limited Warranty (Excludes Repairs)

Rail Trail Ebikes provides a 60-day limited warranty on all electric bikes, scooters, and skateboards from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, but excludes repair services.

What’s Covered:

• Defects related to components such as the frame, motor, battery, and electronics.

What’s Not Covered:

• Repair services or labor performed by Rail Trail Ebikes.
• Consumable parts, including but not limited to tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, and other wear-and-tear items.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance.
• Water damage to electronic components or other parts exposed to moisture.
• Damage resulting from extreme weather conditions, immersion in water, or failure to protect the product from water exposure.

How to Claim: If you experience a defect within 60 days of purchase, contact us with proof of purchase. We will repair or replace defective parts at no charge, subject to inspection.

Limitations: This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
